コーシャジャパンでは日本全国の伝統工芸品の販路拡大も支援しており、京都のコマ会社とハヌカ祭り用の新製品を開発しました。また、京都の伝統的な和ろうそくの世界展開も開始しました。どちらも100年以上の歴史を持つ老舗企業ですが、コロナの影響もあり、製品の需要減少に悩んでおられます。
コーシャジャパンでは弊社のグローバルネットワークを活用し、日本の伝統技術を存続させるお手伝いをする事も私たちの使命と考えており、今後も食品認証に留まらず日本全国の伝統工芸品企業の支援も積極的に行っていきたいと思っています。
本日、弊社代表のラビ・エデリーは中山泰秀防衛副大臣と面会し、就任のお祝いと、ハヌカのお祭りのご挨拶をしました。副大臣にも、コマと蝋燭のアイデアにご賛同頂きました。
As the Corona hit Japan, many businesses were affected financially. Rabbi Edery is putting in lots of effort in helping small businesses all over Japan. He teamed up with a candle factory and Koma factory in Kyoto to produce special items in honor of the Chanuka festival. Today, Rabbi Edery met with the Japanese vice minister of Defense, Yasuhide Nakayama, to bless him for his new position in the government and wish him Happy Chanuka.
