Rabbi Yehezkel Binyamin Edery  -The Chief Supervisor of Kosher Japan-

Rabbi Yehezkel Binyamin Edery is the Chief Rabbi of Japan, who has been managing the KJ kashrut body for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in finding kosher solutions for factories in Japan. He built up a reliable human network in Japan through his devoting works like the relief activities for the 2011 Great Tsunami Earthquake in Japan. He was ordained as a rabbi by the genius rabbis, Rabbi Shimon Elmaliach, a member of the Chief Rabbinate Council of Israel and Rabbi Druckman, the Rabbi of Kiryat Motzkin.


Rabbi Mordechay Grumach

Rabbi Mordechay Grumach is the Rabbi of the Jewish community in Kyoto, Japan, who has experience in preparing and supervising the factories, lectures in Judaism. He was ordained as a rabbi by the genius rabbis, Rabbi Shneor Zalman Lavkovsky, Head of Central Yeshiva of the Headquarter of Chabad in NY, and Rabbi Yeshayahu Hertzel, Rabbi of the city of Nazareth Illit, and Rabbi Israel Halperin, Rabbi of the Chabad community of Hertzliya. He served as an overseer on behalf of the Rabbinate for Israel in factories in India.


Rabbi Yosef Yitzhak Edery

Rabbi Yosef Yitzhak Edery is the author of the book “Kitchen according to Halacha” (in Hebrew) published by the Scientific and Technological Institute for Halachic Affairs in Jerusalem. He was ordained as a rabbi by Rabbi Ovadia Yosef, the Chief Rabbi of Israel, and Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu , the Chief Rabbi of Israel, and Rabbi Shalom Mashash, Rabbi of Jerusalem and Head of the Rabbinical Court of Jerusalem. He served as the rabbi and dean in the community of Toulouse, France.


Rabbi Dr. Eliyahu Licht of Lithuania

Rabbi Dr. Eliyahu Licht of Lithuania is a Ph.D. of Chemistry and specializes in food technology, food chemistry, and provides laboratory and information services to examine kashrut issues. He is a well-known rabbi with whom rabbis in Israel consult about halachic decisions concerning raw materials. 


Rabbi Shalom Duber Dickstein of Lithuania

Rabbi Shalom Duber Dickstein of Lithuania is a kosher expert and Schochet in the Jewish community in Melbourne, Australia. He was ordained as a rabbi by the genius rabbis, Rabbi Yitzhak HaCohen Hendel, the Head of the Montreal Rabbinical Court, and Rabbi David Raphael Bannon, a judge in Montreal and Rabbi of the nearby town Laval. He is specialized in the slaughter of poultry and animals, ordained from the above Rabbis as well as from Rabbi Yitzhak Yehuda Yaroslavsky, Secretary of the Chabad Rabbinical Court in Israel, Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Telzner,  Rabbi of the Chabad community in Melbourne, and Rabbi Chaim Zvi Groner, Rabbi of the “Ohel Deborah” community in Melbourne. He served as a kosher supervisor on behalf of the Chief Rabbi of Israel, and also served as a supervisor on behalf of Rabbi Moshe Yehuda Leib Landa.


Rabbi Michael Shlomo Avishid

Rabbi Michael Shlomo Avishid is a community rabbi and judge in Beit Shemesh, Israel, and a Head of a Kollel,  school for rabbis, a member of the Lubavitcher-France Rabbinical Committee and the Chabad Halacha Institute. He was ordained as a rabbi specializing in kosher by Rabbi Shalom Mashash, Rabbi of the City and the head of the Rabbinical Court of Jerusalem, and by Rabbi Yitzhak Grossman, Rabbi of the city of Migdal Ha’Emek, Israel,  and a member of the Chief Rabbinate Council. He is an expert in the laws of Chuppah and Kiddushin ordained by Rabbi David Lau, the Chief Rabbi of Israel,  and by Rabbi Eliyahu Bar Shalom, a Judge of the Jerusalem Court. In 2014, he was crowned with the title of ‘World Halachic Bridegroom’, as part of halachic knowledge and proficiency tests among hundreds of rabbis and scholars.
